Here are the details of our fundraiser next weekend. These are the rules that we have agreed to copied directly from our contract. Please read carefully! Duties:
Snack
Staff- make sno cones, popcorn, cotton candy, nachos, etc.
Event
Staff- assist with running interactive games like inflatable slides
or carnival attractions, etc.
Set
up – Assisting with setting up tables, chairs, tents, signage,
etc.
Breakdown-
We will need help after
the event breaking down the event site. This will include cleaning
event site, rolling extension cords, packing up equipment, etc.
Breakdown normally takes about two hours after the event ends. This
time will fluctuate depending on the size of the event and the work
effort given by the volunteers. Volunteers should plan on staying
until all breakdown work is complete. This time is already included in the length of the day stated.
Dress
Code:
Khaki
shorts, capris, slacks, (no cutoffs), and tennis shoes.
We
will provide IE by 62 Sports shirts. We ask that they are tucked in
at all times. You will be required to return all shirt’s at the
end of the event to receive your payment.
All
workers with hair past chin length should have it pulled up out of
their faces and off their shoulders.
We
ask that all staff remove any piercings other than earrings, and
male workers be clean shaven.
Conduct:
You
are representing IE by 62 Sports Group and we ask that you act
professionally and are friendly and accommodating to the public.
Please show the upmost respect to everyone on the event site.
Most
importantly, we want you to have fun! Our events are a good time,
and the more fun you have working the event, the more fun our
customers will have.
No
tobacco or cell phone use on the event site. (This includes text
messaging!)
Prizes
are for the guests only.
No
foul language at any time.

Compensation:
Assuming
your group fills all available shifts and all t-shirts are returned,
we will be donating $3,745.00
to your organization
by check at the end of the event! In addition, IE by 62 Sports will
provide a meal to all volunteers. It
is extremely important that you provide the number of volunteers
agreed upon. If staffing numbers are not met, an adjustment to the
total due will be made and your check will be mailed to you the
following week.
Cancellation:
If
an event is cancelled for any reason, IE by 62 Sports Group is in no
way liable to pay your group for this event.
If
a reschedule date is chosen, your group will get the first chance to
work the event.
Expected
Number of Staff:
Setup
Staff: 29 (staff to
help the day before the event Friday, June 14th,
2013 from 3:00pm – 7:00pm)
Event
Staff: 64 (staff to
help the day of the event Saturday, June 15th,
2013 from 9:00am – 5:00pm)
Hours
of Operation (You need to arrive 15 minutes prior to your shift for
check-in and to get your T-Shirts).

We
