Our involvement in the parade today is cancelled due to excessive heat.  As of now, this only involves our band and not the parade itself. 

Each year this parade helps fund the band program with $900.  We will need to double our efforts this year to help make up this loss especially in a growing year with expenditures such as uniforms, etc.

We feel it is in the students best interest to cancel our parade involvement today to keep them safe.  We look forward to seeing everyone at the end of July at band camp.  Students should have their music memorized by the first day of camp.  See you then.
