GROUP TOUR COMMITMENT FORM

Dear Parent,
We are proposing to take a trip to Disney World in Orlando, Florida departing March 19, 2014 and returning March 23, 2014. We are looking for commitments from families now in order to settle in the exact cost of the trip per student. We are requesting a $25.00 non-refundable deposit due on Sept 12th. It is important that we have full instrumentation for our performance and recording events in the parks. We will leave Centennial at noon on Wednesday, March 19th and return Sunday, March 23rd in the late afternoon. The trip to Disney, Orlando will include a recording session in which the students will play in a recording studio as a band. The music they will sight read will be rehearsed and recorded by professional Disney musicians and engineers. The students will learn how studio ensembles play along with movies and animated scenes by actually providing the music for a short animated film. Each student will then get to keep a copy of the DVD. In addition to recording session, the Marching Chargers will perform for the largest crowd they may every see by parading through the Magic Kingdom. On Thursday, we will arrive at the Epcot Center. Thursday Evening will be spent in the Animal Kingdom. Friday will contain the recording session and Universal Studios. Saturday will be the day of our parade in the Magic Kingdom. Every night will end with fireworks, a parade of lights, or the Fantasmic laser water show.

Current trip total based on 80 to 89 travelers is $775 per student. Chaperones will get a slight discount of less than $100 off the total.
As a parent or Guardian of __________________, I give my permission for him/her to (Name of student) travel to Disney World in Orlando, Florida by charter bus with the Centennial High School Bands fromMarch 19, 2014 to March 23, 2014.
I am fully aware of the rules and regulations of the organization, and the student for which I am responsible has been impressed with the importance of them.
Please find my enclosed deposit for $_________ made out to Centennial Band Boosters as an indication of my commitment to the trip.
Prices will be lower based greater number of students traveling. The more we have going, the lower the cost will be for everyone. The prices listed below are an estimate based on 80 to 89 travelers. Exact prices will be announced for each payment once we have commitments from all who plan to go.
