7:50 AM                    Report to Cafeteria to find your places each day

8:00 AM                    Rehearsal Starts with EVERYONE in the Cafeteria

Noon – 1:00             Lunch: Students will be on their own for lunch each day.

MONDAY ONLY: Freshmen will get a free pizza and soda lunch as a gift from the Band Boosters. This free lunch for the freshmen will be in the cafeteria from 12 to 1:00. The Cafeteria will be open every day for students who bring their own sack lunches. The Cafeteria will not be locked at lunch each day. The band room will be locked when students are outside on the field.

1:00 PM                    Rehearsal begins indoors for each individual section with hired professional musicians.

5:00 PM                    Rehearsal ends each day.

5:15 Monday           Color Guard uniform meeting for all Color Guard parents with the directors and boosters.

5:15 Wednesday    ALL NEW BAND PARENTS meeting in the cafeteria with the directors and boosters.

FRIDAY ONLY:        Rehearsal will end early. Times will be announced later.
                                    Chicken dinner and preview performance at 6.
                                    Students report at 5:30.
