Help Needed for Saturday’s Competition at Memorial Stadium

posted Oct 15, 2017, 7:58 PM by Regina Ray

The final competition of the season will be held on Saturday, 10/21 at Memorial Stadium.

We will need help with uniforms, equipment, and filling the coolers.  Chaperones will be needed for the bus ride and competition.  We are also looking for someone with a large SUV or truck with a high towing capacity (comparable to a Ford F-250) to tow the 2nd trailer.

Since the Band and Color Guard will be gone for most of the day and evening, we are requesting healthy snack donations.  Fresh fruit, individually packaged granola barspretzels, or crackers are preferred.  Please confirm that none of the snacks contain nuts or peanut oil, even in trace amounts, due to a severe allergy.

If you are able to help, please use this link to sign-up:

If you have any questions, please contact Regina Ray at coordinator@chargerbands.com.
